Pinewood Construction Ltd is a building company registered in Sevenoaks and run by its sole director, Matt Bonner. We take on new builds, extensions and loft extensions, whole-house renovations, barn conversions, garden rooms, groundworks and landscaping, interior finishing, and the design and planning work that comes before any of it — across Sevenoaks District and the wider Kent area.
Matt has over twenty years in the building trade and runs each project himself, with a skilled team and trusted specialists alongside him. That is the whole proposition: the person who quotes the work is the person on site while it happens, and the person who answers the phone when you ring to ask how it is going.

How we work
From the first look at the property to a snagged, finished handover.

A look at the property, and an honest answer
Matt comes out, walks the site with you and tells you what the building will and will not take. If a project is not worth doing the way you have imagined it, you will hear that at the first visit rather than three months in.

Design, drawings and permissions
Where a scheme needs drawings, planning or building regulations approval, we work through it with you — our own home design and planning service, or alongside your architect and structural engineer. You get a scope and a realistic programme before anyone lifts a tool.

The build — clean, tidy, and on time
Groundworks, structure, roof, first and second fix, finishes. Clients name the same two things every time: timekeeping, and a work area kept clean and tidy. Both are choices we make daily, not happy accidents.

Snagging and handover
We walk the finished project with you, list anything that is not right and put it right before we call it done. Then you get the paperwork, the certificates from our specialists, and a builder who still answers the phone.

We are based in Sevenoaks and work across the district and the wider Kent area — Riverhead, Otford, Dunton Green, Seal, Kemsing, Shoreham and Chipstead, out to Westerham, Brasted and Edenbridge, and down towards Hildenborough.
