Pinewood Construction is a local firm, not a national franchise. We work within a sensible radius of Sevenoaks so Matt can be on site rather than on the motorway. These are the towns and villages we cover most often — if you're nearby and not on the list, just ask.
Sevenoaks
Our own town. Extensions, loft extensions and whole-house renovations across the TN13 and TN14 streets.
Riverhead
Post-war and inter-war family houses that extend well to the side and the rear.

Larger projects take us further across Kent.
Beyond Sevenoaks District we take on new builds, barn conversions and substantial renovations across the wider Kent area and into the surrounding boroughs — down to Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, out towards Borough Green and West Malling, and north through Swanley and Orpington. If a project is worth the journey, we're glad to travel for it.
